The fine powder output of each PAM production line of Daqing Refining & Chemical Company's Polymer One Plant reached 17% of the total output, and the added value was very low because the particle size did not meet the standard requirements. But nowadays, these wastes have been recycled, and the annual efficiency has reached tens of millions of yuan.

The factory designs the equipment drawings and formulates the relevant technical requirements. The fine powder is transported to the fine powder recycling equipment through the wind. After that, the water is fully stirred and squeezed to achieve the fine powder and water fully mixed into glue, and finally delivered to the finished material tank. The fine powder recycling yield rate is over 80%. This technical change not only increased the daily output of each PAM line by more than 2%, but also extended the life cycle of the equipment. Recently, the plant invested 2.56 million yuan, and all the fine powder recycling equipment was changed. It is expected to be completed in September.
